Amélie loves giving life so much that she wants to carry the child of a couple who cannot have one, while her sister Flora barely greets her son. Their mother, Bertille, is the pillar of this family. These three women, each with a very different view of motherhood, will see their bonds grow stronger through the hardships they face, eventually bringing them back to their homeland: French Guiana.
