1973, Astaroth is seven years old. He is raised by severe and monastic mother, in a cave far from civilisation. She does not allow him to see anyone and persuades him that the others are a threat. Away from the world, Astaroth is fascinated by these people that he knows only via objects he found along hiking trails.
2001 his mother dies. He finds himself alone for the first time. He then goes to the nearest village and abducts a little boy.
